Mom & Sons Comics is family run. When you email us, you are reaching the same people who graded the book, packed the box and wrote the listing — not a call centre.

We are based in Stafford, Virginia, and we answer messages in the evenings and on weekends around day jobs and family. If you write us at midnight on a Tuesday, you will usually hear back the next day.

What we can help with

• Condition questions — want a photo of the back cover, the spine, a specific corner? Ask before you buy. We will take it.
• Grading questions — what a label colour means, what a defect does to value, whether a book is worth submitting.
• Order status — where your package is and when it is landing.
• Problems — wrong item, damaged in transit, a grade we called wrong. We fix these. See Shipping & Returns.
