How we pack

Everything is packed the way we would want our own books packed.

• Comics — bagged and boarded, then into a rigid mailer or a box with fill. Never a plain envelope.
• Raw cards — penny sleeve, then a top loader or card saver, then a rigid mailer.
• Graded slabs and high-value books — bubble wrapped and boxed so nothing shifts in transit.

Shipping

We ship from Stafford, Virginia. Orders placed on a business day generally go out within one to two business days — we would rather take an extra day packing a book properly than rush it into a thin mailer.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and where it is going. You will see the exact cost before you pay, not after.

Returns

If an item is not what the listing said it was, send it back. Condition and grading are the whole game in this hobby, and if we called a book Very Fine and you open it to find a spine split we did not mention, that is our mistake to fix — refund or replacement, your choice.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a return. Items need to come back in the condition they arrived in, in the same protective packaging.

A few things we cannot take back: items damaged after delivery, and graded slabs that have been cracked open.

Damaged in transit

If a package arrives crushed, take a photo before you open it if you can, and send it to us. We will sort it out with you first and argue with the carrier ourselves.

Questions before you buy

If you want an extra photo of a specific corner, spine or back cover before you commit, just ask. We would much rather answer a question up front than process a return later.
